Medic-Blocks

This is a software that I created to implement ideas using blocks. I developed it using Qt 5.4  (Open source version), VTK and ITK.

My goal with this program is to help researchers, students or any person interested on create and implement algorithms for medical software.

Medic-Blocks, is based on a pool of different C++ libraries, between these you also can find Eigen 3.2.4 and Statismo. These libraries could also be used to create software, with only basic knowledge on programming. Each library minimized the need of developing graphics interfaces. For example, FISICO was created using Medic-Blocks libraries.

Other feature that I am working is the programming block. For example, if you need a block with specific features, you could use this block to implement C++ code that could executed on runtime.
