FISICO: Fast Image SegmentatIon COrrection.
It is a correction tool for medical image segmentation results. It based on Sederberg et al. [1] algorithm called Free Form Deformation [1], and the Direct manipulation algorithm of Hsu et al. [2]. The main idea was to create a 2D-based correction tool that connect the 2D medical environment with the 3D environment where these algorithms work.
